Agenda 21 - the key stating point for justifying environmental decision-making and action at the global as well as local levels
The starting point for many a decision on the environment - whether local or global - is a multilateral environment agreement. The complexity and interconnectedness of environmental problems necessitates multi-action by many stakeholders working in concert towards commonly agreed goals.
